All seminars will require a meeting room, preferably with a ceiling height of 10 feet minimum (projector screen can be seen by every one). The meeting room should have light dimming capabilities; one 8' head table and one 8' sample table are required in the room. The room set up can be U-shape or  classroom style, depending on the size of the meeting room and number of participants. Cushion seating would be preferable for attendants since lectures last 8 hours per day. The room needs to be available the evening prior to the first day of the seminar for room set-up. The set-up time for the sample table and the head table with visual aid equipment is approximately one to one-and-a-half hours.

Meeting room to be equipped with:

  1. Overhead projector.
  2. Wall, ceiling-mount or tripod screen.
  3. White board (Flip chart will also suit for smaller groups)
  4. Utility cart or projector table.
  5. Extension cords, sufficient in length to reach the outlet from projection table. Spare light bulb for overhead projector.

JKE, Inc. will ship a LCD projector and amplifier to your seminar site.

Please, make sure that meeting room will remain set-up 24 hours/day for the duration of the seminar. It is advisable to lock the room after seminar hours, since valuable equipment and contents remain there overnight.
