INDUSTRY REACTIONS John
Klees Enterprise, Inc. - 125 Caldonia Drive - Candler, NC 28715 Injection Molding Technology Seminar
This seminar was like loading my brain with
an injection molding encyclopedia. John gave all the information that everyone
should know that works in plastics. Intense and saturating. The extent to which John
conveys his genuine interest and total enthusiasm for the injection molding
industry (and his students) is remarkable and, frankly, quite inspirational. Real life approach with real
life examples. Not a lot of theoretical nonsense. Now I have a better
understanding of how plastic flows in mold cavities. Due to the videos
with the glass window on the mold. Improved knowledge of mold and machine
types. One of the best instructors
that combined science and practical application to the injection molding
process. John was very good at explaining topics, which kept the training very
interesting. Excellent time spent to gain
practical knowledge. Investment in cost of class should be returned many times
over by learning costly mistakes to avoid. John is
obviously tops in the field of injection molding. I believe his expertise would
benefit any individual in the field. John has a great
sense of humor and a lot of energy. His presentation is clear and to the point.
He has a very thorough understanding of all aspects of injection molding:
materials, molds, machinery, processing, etc.
He has a unique way
of explaining things that make them crystal clear when before they made no
sense. Seminars
don't get much better and informative than this, and if you leave the course not
knowing, it's your fault. John's
practical experience in molding, mold design and mold-making, together with his
theoretical education on these subjects combine to make him one of the most
credible and valuable teachers I have been exposed to. Both instructors are very
enthusiastic and passionate about their work. The interaction in the field was
of great value. I really enjoyed the course,
both John's are very passionate and excited about teaching Scientific Molding
- It makes the 4 days go by fast. The course was well presented
by both John K. and John B. They presented the information so the
average press operator/processor will get the message they are putting out. I
would like to thank both men for taking the time to teach their principles. After 25 years of molding I
am walking away with the knowledge that I feel will make me an even better
molder and trouble shooter. Very much enjoyed the course,
appreciated the time in answering direct questions, good material, well
presented, great enthusiasm. I will be recommending for our other technical
reps and will look into Hot Runner seminar for myself. A tremendous amount of
material that I can incorporate as soon as I return to the factory. I would
recommend this to anyone involved in any aspect of the plastic industry. John & John's seminar was
packed with so much relevant information, it couldn't possibly be absorbed
during one visit. It was so much fun, they should open a resort -
"Molding Land". Finally after 24 years of
working in the injection molding field, someone has been able to explain
scientifically why some of the processes work and some don't. I highly
recommend this program for anyone that makes machine adjustments and mold
design decisions. An excellent, up to
date, presentation that reduces the complicated injection molding
process down to digestible components. After 24 years in the industry, I
understand again how much more I need to know and this seminar will
significantly change my approach to my job. Thanks. Mr. Klees and Mr.
Bozzelli are very passionate about the topic of Injection Molding. Their
knowledge of the topic is overwhelming at times. I wish we could keep them
here to direct all of our molding processes. Professional
seminar, introducing from the basic principles to the workshop application,
attendees can have a full and clear understanding of the discussed topics. Very interesting visual
aids via sample parts and tooling components. Really enjoyed and learned much
from the seminar. An excellent course! It
helped me realize how much I have still to learn about the wonderful industry
we work in. Class was enjoyable, well
delivered and not at a level or speed that couldn't be followed. John took the
time to answer every question in detail. A very
intense and informative seminar. In the past we knew what changes needed to be
made in the runner system to balance it. But not understanding why. Now we
understand how plastic flows in the runners. This was
great! The wealth of information I received will influence my mold designs for
years to come. John shows
you that there is more than one way to attack a tough molding problem through
creative tool design. I highly recommend this course to anyone designing
Injection Mold Tooling to enrich your designs. Thanks John and Ali. I
justified the time and cost of this course by the end of the first morning. 24 hours
of edge of your seat mold building excitement. I learned more in seminar II
& III about what it really takes to build quality molds than I did in 4
years of actually building them. Thanks John. If you know
someone who thinks that they know everything - send them to one of John's
seminars. They will return humbled and thankful. John's
hands on experience is unbelievable, he can relate to problems and explain
from personal experiences to help solve problems. No
matter how much experience you have in the molding industry, there is a wealth
of information to take with you. I only
wish I had attended a seminar like this sooner. Many of my designs could have
been much more simple, better, and more maintenance free. Bring a bigger brain - at
least one with a lot of memory! Come prepared to
learn the right way to mold and build molds. Excellent
seminar about the fundamentals of Hot Runner Systems useful for part
engineers, tool designers, plastic engineers, and mold shop people. John
has an extremely large amount of knowledge at the tip of his tongue,
unfortunately it is tough to absorb all of it at such a fast pace. Content of
the program was untouchable - great job! Incredibly
informative. This is the basis of mold design - not taught by anyone that I
have seen in 14 years of mold design - the absolute best!! Design for Moldability Seminar Good refresher for the
experienced engineer. Great explanation of
plastic materials and their behavior during molding. Great seminar; movie clips
and parts/samples were very effective in explaining content. John's 'real
life' experiences were very interesting and fit well into his lecture. John is
the best in the industry. His complete knowledge of polymer, part design, mold
design and processing is unparalleled. This course
really opened my eyes to the considerations that go into molding plastics. John presents an energetic
seminar which captures the audience with a mixture of real world examples and
humor. Highly recommended!! Fasten your seatbelts!
Mr. Klees takes you on an "evangelistic" ride through the world of
plastics, plastics manufacturing, and design for Moldibility. It was
a very worthwhile course! While the content of the course is somewhat
overwhelming, all participants were able to glean information in their area of
interest. Great job! Excellent!
Now know what designers are talking about! Most
knowledgeable of any instructor for a training course I have ever had. It was
refreshing to have an instructor with such a depth of understanding of
scientific principles and who was not just spouting rules of thumb. John
ties the fundamentals of polymer physic to molding applications with specific
examples of how the product designers and molders can work to assure
Moldibility. Whether
a seasoned veteran needing a refresher or a beginning design engineer, this
course will be of great value. Great
delivery, wealth of knowledge and experience, speaks with authority. This
seminar is definitely not a sleeper. Great visuals and samples. After
hearing John's presentation, you immediately start thinking about your past
and future designs and more importantly, how they will change! Presenter
was very enthusiastic in presenting material. He really knew his polymer
chemistry and could give practical tips on tool design! Wow!! The "need to know" on molding and mold design Just a note to let you know our
people are raving about your presentation. Thank you!!!!! Reminds you of
things you forgot as well as being highly technical. Very thought provoking. John Klees is
the "guru" in Injection Molding. He can explain the injection
molding process better than any other instructor in the business. John and Ali
provide an atmosphere which is very comfortable for the time involved with so
much information to take in. John does a very good job with limited time and
no hesitation with an answer. John's insight
into all aspects of molding was very impressive, his ability to answer all
questions and customize the course material "on the fly" was
extremely beneficial. If we use
everything we learned in this seminar - Watch out, Plastics Industry! Customized Programs Superb! This was
the best seminar that I had ever attended. John has prompted me to rethink
many of our accepted practices. Excellent
seminar and extremely valuable. John is a
breath of fresh air. Breathing science and data into the black magic world of
injection molding. Engineering is the only way to be successful in today's
competitive world. Thanks for the refresher. Excellent
presentation of engineering principles applied to polymer molding
applications. Mr.
Klees was tops. I wish he would publish a book because he is so full of
knowledge. There is no way I could absorb all of the information he gave in 8
hours. I've had Tobin training, Paulson training, and have read lots of SPE
injection molding books, but nothing was as near as interesting and
informative about cooling and heating in one setting as this energetic John
Klees seminar. This
seminar was jam packed with tooling design and process knowledge. The
presentation given by John Klees was dynamic and well prepared. "Never a
dull moment!" John Klees
speaks on plastic molding with all of the enthusiasm and vigor of Martin
Luther King speaking on human rights! The
course has highlighted many common sense fundamentals which we may have either
forgotten or skipped over but are obvious after they have been explained
clearly. |
